Time of delivery was supposed to be around 50 minutes after the order was made (which is already a long time), and the delivery still ended up being 20 minutes late (we're a 5-min drive away from them). On the menu it said the chicken burger in the kids meal comes with lettuce and mayo, instead the burgers came with cheese and they were dry with no sauce whatsoever and no lettuce. I'll leave it to your imagination how unpleasant it was with hungry kids waiting for food which was late only to be disappointed with Both the beef smashed burger and the double cheeseburger arrived *very* soggy. The double cheeseburger was inedible because the buns were like soup, and the meat patties were burned in some places and they were *much* larger than the bread. The kids' burger buns were toasted even though they had no sauce but the buns for the other two burgers came soggy because they weren't toasted even though they had A LOT of sauce. It's like it was the first time they ever make burgers. The 10" selection box was generous with the portions of kebab and fries but the menu didn't specify how many chicken pieces will be included so we expected at least a few nuggets. Turns out there were only 2 nuggets. It's a shame because the flavours were generally good but inattentiveness to details ruined everything.

Ordered kebebs with salad, but only came with lettuce. Ordered extra sauce but didn’t arrive. One kebab was really small and other one a lot bigger. Chicken kebab sauce was suppose to be burger sauce on top, but was really spicy for some reason

My son enjoyed what he had; however, I had ordered a pizza and asked that they leave the doner meat off of it. Guess what after 1 hour 30 minutes waiting for our order, there was doner all over the pizza. The delivery person came out of his car, sauntered over to the door in no hurry. Had a very nonchalant attitude towards the fact that he was late. He proceeded to ask me if he was late, fully knowing he was, called me "love" to which I objected to. I won't order from here again.

Food was amazing but my burger was spicy and i only got a chicken and beef burger with double cheese and it didn't say spicy on the app and under the burger.

was delivered 35 mins after I recieved a text to say it was out for delivery so my loaded fries were just warm... I ordered the burger bun special loaded fries which contains jalapeños (I've had these the last 2 orders) but omg over 36 jalapeños is a bit over the top... I had to pick them out and got a sweat on... will be back tho ha

First time I’ve tried burger bun, and it was amazing! I’m normally a picky person and won’t want to try a new place that I’ve never tried before but tonight i thought why not! It was so good, I will definitely be back such good food!
